1. ELIGIBILITY: The Outback Steakhouse® Gameday Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation (“Participant”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (the “Bucs”), National Football League (“NFL”), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P. and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively with the Bucs, the “NFL Entities”), any other entity directly involved in the development or administration of the Promotion (“Promotion Parties”), and the members of their immediate families (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their respective spouses) and households, are not eligible to enter or win. The term “household” includes all persons residing together in a single residence, whether or not related. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 27, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m.ET on November 23, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The time clock of the Sweepstakes Administrator is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

3. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter via the following methods:

a. PURCHASE ENTRY: Purchase any Adult entrée (the “Qualifying Purchase”) at a participating Outback Steakhouse Florida location, between 10/27/2025 and 11/23/2025, to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All purchase entrants must be an Outback Steakhouse Dine Rewards Member in Florida (see below* for information on obtaining an Outback Steakhouse Dine Rewards Member account). Dine-In Only. Limit one (1) visit/order per day for one (1) entry. Each entry made via an Outback Steakhouse Dine Rewards account will be deemed completed by the authorized Outback Steakhouse Dine Rewards account holder at time of entry and will be treated in a manner consistent with Outback Steakhouse Dine Rewards Program Terms and Conditions available at https://www.dine-rewards.com/terms-and-conditions#terms-conditions.
*Outback Steakhouse Dine Rewards accounts are free to apply for and own. For details, inquire within an Outback Steakhouse location, got to https://www.dine-rewards.com/, or download the Outback Steakhouse App via the Apple app store or Google Play Store on an iOS or Android mobile phone and register within the app. Data rates and other costs associated with entrants’ mobile phone use are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

b. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter for free without making a purchase, go to www.enterpromo.com/outback (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete and submit an online entry. You will be required to provide your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and address. You will also be required to agree to the Official Rules.

Only entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and which are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules are “Valid Entries.” Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the same day. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address or Dine Rewards account submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address or Dine Rewards account. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email, wireless phone number or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and in some instances, will not be acknowledged. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

4. DRAWING/ODDS/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Administrator will select potential winners in a random drawing to be held on or about November 24, 2025, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds: Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotion Security Group LLC (“Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Administrator will notify the potential winner. Sponsor will award all prizes. The Sponsor and/or its independent judging organization will determine, in its/their sole discretion, which entries are deemed Valid Entries, and their decisions and the result of the drawing will be final in all respects.

Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided within their Dine Rewards account or within such potential winner’s entry on or about the drawing date stated above (“Prize Notification”). Prize Notification by telephone and/or email shall be deemed to have occurred on the date Administrator or Sponsor’s designee first attempts to make email and/or telephone contact with a potential winner. Once a potential winner responds as directed in the Winner Notification, the potential winner may be sent a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and Affidavit of Eligibility (together the “Prize Claim Documents”) to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Prize Claim Documents. If any prospective potential winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Prizes may be awarded to an alternate potential winner. Any non-response by a potential winner or Administrator’s failure to receive a response from any potential winners within the prescribed two (2) business day period will result in disqualification of such potential winner and the selection of an alternate potential winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. In the event the Sponsor or Administrator is unable to contact potential winners or if a potential winner is non-compliant with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a potential winner and any alternate potential winners are collectively referred to herein as a “Winner.” In the event (i) the Winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification as directed within two (2) business days; (ii) any required Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the indicated number of days; (iii) if Winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iv) if Winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) if Winner Notification, Prize Claim Documents or prize itself is returned as undeliverable, that Winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the eligible state(s).

5. PRIZES:
Grand Prize: Subject to the prize conditions set forth below, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Miami Dolphins game scheduled on December 28, 2025, at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL; round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and guest from Tampa to Miami on December 28, 2025, on a non-commercial, chartered flight; food and beverage (the “Grand Prize”). Travel and Game subject to availability and change. Seats are located in the Buccaneers designated section of the stadium and are at Sponsor’s sole discretion . Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $1,000.

First Prize: Subject to the prize conditions set forth below, one (1) First Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) $100 Outback Steakhouse gift card*, one (1) Autographed Buccaneers Football, and one (1) Buccaneers Jersey (the “First Prize”). Approximate Retail Value(ARV) of First Prize: $250.

*All gift cards are subject to terms and conditions as set by the issuer of such gift card. Gift Card valid thru 12/31/25.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,250.

Limit one (1) prize per person/address/household.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Use of tickets or passes is subject to the terms and conditions printed on said tickets or passes and all team and/or venue rules, regulations, policies and restrictions. Winners and guests are subject to security check and bag search prior to entry and are expected to comply with all security procedures. If team, air carrier, or venue deems any person to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a threat, or otherwise unfit, in its sole discretion, he or she will not be permitted access and shall forfeit the prize. Team and venue reserve the right to deny admission at any time, for any reason. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for weather, acts of nature, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, labor or other strike or work stoppage, pandemics or epidemics, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis including quarantine measures of any government authority, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of a game or closure of the venue or any other inability to use prize tickets or passes and the terms and conditions on, or applicable to, the tickets or passes will govern in such event. Promotion Parties will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged prize tickets, passes, vouchers or similar items once they are in possession of the Winner or guest. The Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest will be required to maintain all current COVID-19 protocols during travel and at events, if any.

The Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest agree to comply with all air carrier policies and all applicable NFL and/or venue regulations and policies in connection with the prize and/or any prize component and acknowledge that NFL and/or venue may remove or deny entry to any person, including winner or guest, who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other NFL and/or venue visitor, guest, employee or other person, or in any other way that violates any NFL and/or venue policies.

The Grand Prize Winner assumes sole responsibility for all expenses and incidental costs associated with the Grand Prize not expressly included in the prize description above.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Terms and conditions regarding the prize will be provided at the time of receipt of the prize. In addition to the conditions set out above, at the end of the tax year for which the prize is awarded, prize winners may be issued a Form 1099 equivalent to the retail value of the Prize, for income verification and tax purposes, depending on total prize value. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their prize winnings. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that a potential Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with potential Winner’s acceptance of the prize, Winner will be disqualified. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements. In the event that the potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No transfers, cash redemption, or substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value in its sole and absolute discretion. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Any federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and any other costs, fees and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Released Parties (as defined below) will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged portion of any prize, once it is in possession of the Winner.

General: By participating, all entrants warrant and represent that they have complied in full with these Official Rules, including but not limited to all eligibility requirements, and further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and/or the Sweepstakes organization or entity, which are final and binding in all respects. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to the Administrator for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure, as required by law. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered, mass entries or entries generated automatically or robotically, or by a script, macro, or use of any automated or mechanical device(s) or practices, or any other means which subvert the entry process are void.

Limitation on Liability: Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mechanical, typographical, printing, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or errors of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor; (ii) hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, cellular towers, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or faulty data transmission entries; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from entering or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Released Parties are also not responsible for any other errors in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Winners, or typographical, printing or other errors in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw and terminate, or modify, the administration of the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted, if a computer virus or system malfunction impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes, or if the online entry method otherwise becomes impossible, impractical, infeasible for any other reason. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor will award the Prize for the drawing in a random drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing up to the time of such cancellation or termination of the Sweepstakes.

Release and Disclaimer of Warranties: RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, AND PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DAMAGE, OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING INJURY OR LOSS TO PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY), RELATED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR ANY PART OF THE PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN, PRESENCE OR ATTENDANCE AT, OR TRAVEL TO OR FROM, PRIZE-RELATED EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES, OR THE USE BY ANY RELEASED PARTY OF ANY ENTRY, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Disputes: Please read this section carefully. It affects Participant’s rights and will have a substantial impact on how claims Participant and Sponsor have against each other are resolved. Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) whenever Participant has a disagreement with Sponsor arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to these Official Rules and/or the Promotion, Participant will send a written notice to Sponsor (“Demand”). Participant agrees that the requirements of this section will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Participant participated in the Promotion. Participant must send any Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., Attn: Chief Legal Officer, 2202 N. West Shore Blvd., Suite 500, Tampa, FL 33607; (2) Participant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until ten (10) business days after Participant sends this Demand. If Sponsor does not resolve this disagreement to Participant’s satisfaction within ten (10) business days, and Participant intends on taking legal action, Participant agrees that Participant will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”). Please note that for any such filing of a demand for arbitration, Participant must affect proper service under the rules of the AAA, and that notice to the Notice Address may not suffice. If, for any reason, the AAA is unable to provide the arbitration, Participant may file his/her case with any national arbitration company. Participant agrees that the arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute Participant has with Sponsor. Participant understands that the Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements, and Participant agrees that it applies; (3) Participant will not file any lawsuit against Sponsor in any state or federal court. Participant waives any right to a trial by a jury or a state or federal judge. Participant agrees that if Participant does sue Sponsor in state or federal court, and Sponsor brings a successful motion to compel arbitration, Participant must pay all fees and costs incurred by Sponsor in court, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant will not file a class action or collective action against Sponsor, and Participant will not participate in a class action or collective action against Sponsor. Participant will not join his/her claims to those of any other person; (4) Notwithstanding any other provision in these Official Rules, if this class action waiver is invalidated, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into. Any dispute at that time in arbitration will be dismissed without prejudice and refiled exclusively in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, or in the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Under no circumstances does Participant or Sponsor agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration; (5) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (6) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotions, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

Sponsor agrees that it will not file a class or collective action against Participant, and that Sponsor will not participate in a class or collective action against Participant, for any disagreement arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to these Official Rules and/or the Promotion. Sponsor agrees that it will submit all disputes with Participant to arbitration before the AAA.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.

9. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertisement, promotional or marketing materials, or other announcements relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules govern. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor may amend these Official Rules by posting such amended Official Rules on www.enterpromo.com/outback. Participant further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor from all claims that any commercial, advertising, presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor infringes on the rights of entrant’s work as contained in any submitted entry.

Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND TO DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information received by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at https://www.outback.com/privacy-rights/privacy-policy. Any personal information collected will be used by Sponsor and its agent(s) solely to administer this Sweepstakes and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without consent of the applicable Participant unless required by law.

11. WINNER’S LIST: Winner list requests will only be accepted after the Sweepstakes end date (listed above) and no later than December 30, 2025.
