Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

OVERVIEW: These Official Rules apply to all Hormel Foods Sales, LLC. (“Sponsor”) prize giveaways, unless otherwise indicated in connection with the specific promotion

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (“Promotion Parties”) involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

2. TIMING: The SPAM® Brand vs. EVERYBODY (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM midnight Central Time (“CT”) on February 3, 2026, and ends at 9:00 AM CT on February 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post a call to action (static in-feed post) to enter the Sweepstakes (the CTA Post”) from the @SPAMbrand Instagram account. As soon as the applicable CTA Post is issued, eligible entrants may participate in the Sweepstakes as provided herein. See Section #3 (below) for details regarding how to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be a registered user of Instagram with a profile set “public” setting. To create a free Instagram account, follow the onscreen instructions to register on the app or at http://Instagram.com . Your Instagram setting must be set to “unprotected” and “public” in order for your Sweepstakes Entry to be viewable by Sponsor for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period and allow direct messages from anyone so that you may be contacted by Sponsor if you are selected as a potential winner.

After the CTA Post is made on the @SPAMbrand Instagram Account and @nalo Instagram Account during the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by completing the following steps:

(a) follow the @SPAMbrand Instagram account

(b) comment on the applicable CTA Post, telling us why you’re ready to ditch traditional game day eats for SPAM®.

Once you have complied with all the entry requirements set forth above, you will receive one (1) “Sweepstakes Entry” for the opportunity to receive a Sweepstakes Grand Prize. All Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 9:00 AM CT on February 6, 2026, to be considered valid. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per Instagram Account during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Entries that appear to duplicate any other Sweepstakes Entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first Sweepstakes Entry (based on time/date) will be considered for the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a person, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the email account connected to the Instagram account used for the Sweepstakes Entry, and such individual must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, Sweepstakes Entry will be void. Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

The use of automated entry or similar devices as specifically set forth above, is prohibited and entries through such prohibited devices are void. Sponsor reserves the right to void any and all Sweepstakes Entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, judging or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into communications with any entrant regarding the Sweepstakes other than to notify a potential winner.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS (REQUIREMENTS OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES): To be considered for a Sweepstakes Grand Prize, Sweepstakes Entry must: 1) Be the original, personal creation of the entrant and solely owned by entrant; 2) Not have been previously published, submitted for publication, screened, or publicly viewed; 3) Not infringe on any third-party rights; 4) Be suitable for publication as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor; 5) Not promote the use of drugs or tobacco, firearms/weapons or any activities that may be construed as illegal or violating any law; 6) Not depict or describe any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or promote any particular political agenda or message; 7) Not include obscenity, profanity, racist themes or material that is sexually oriented, explicit, suggestive or exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; 8) Not be violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, sexual orientation, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; 9) Not contain other brands’ name, trademarks, labels or logos (except for trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by any Promotion Entity), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as house or email addresses; 10) Not defame or invade publicity and/or intellectual property rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any copyrighted works or a person’s personal or proprietary rights (including music, photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media); 11) Not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about any Promotion Party or other entities or individuals or any of their respective products; 12) Not contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; and 13) Not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, is offensive or inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

If a Sweepstakes Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Sweepstakes Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Sweepstakes Entry by the Promotion Parties in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Sweepstakes Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Sweepstakes Entry null and void. By submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the Sweepstakes Entry consent to the submission and use of the Sweepstakes Entry in the Sweepstakes and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

By submitting a Sweepstakes Entry, entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many Sweepstakes Entries in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or other sweepstakes staged and/or promoted by the Sponsor, and that such Sweepstakes Entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to other Sweepstakes Entries submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or other sweepstakes sponsored by the Sponsor or submitted for other reasons or other materials developed by the Sponsor. Entrant waives any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Sweepstakes Entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the entrant may be similar to his/her Sweepstakes Entry, or that any compensation is due to entrant in connection with such Sweepstakes Entry or other works used by Sponsor.

5. DRAWING; ODDS; NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on February 6, 2026, after the conclusion of sweepstakes from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one prize per person/email/household. Odds of winner depend on total number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all Sweepstakes Grand Prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Sweepstakes Entries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a potential winner and any alternate potential winners are collectively referred to herein as “winner” or “winners”.

(WINNER NOTIFICATION): Ten (10) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winners will receive a winning notification via Instagram direct message from the @SPAMbrand Instagram account and may be required to provide their complete home mailing address via direct message reply and/or send an email to an email address provided in the direct message within three (3) hours. If any message intended for a winner is returned as undeliverable or is not replied to within the three (3) hours, then the applicable Prize may be forfeited.

Prize(s) will be awarded and sent only to winners with eligible addresses. Prize will be delivered to the address provided by winner on 2/7/26. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, or those outside of Sponsor’s control, as applicable. Potential winners are subject to verification before Prizes will be awarded.

Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by any potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, that Sweepstakes Grand Prize may be awarded to a runner-up. Any portion of a prize not accepted by a winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture, for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given.

6. PRIZE(S): Ten (10) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a SPAM® Brand vs. Everybody bundle, which includes the following:
• One (1) exclusive SPAM® Brand vs. Everybody t-shirt
• One (1) Can of Classic SPAM®
• One (1) SPAM® Wire Slicer
• One (1) SPAM® Musubi Mold

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $60. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

7. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its designees’, successors’ and assigns’) use of winner’s Entry materials, name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online) now or hereafter known, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review, approval or consent. Despite the above, Sponsor has no obligation to use such materials in any manner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS (GENERAL): All information submitted online by entrant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.hormelfoods.com/privacy-policy/. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If electing to participate in the Sweepstakes using a wireless device, entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on wireless capabilities and any applicable charges. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Entrants who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.

9. RELEASE (RELEASE OF LIABILITY): By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree (a) to release Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) to hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants agree that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrant against, any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY (LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE): Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of a Sweepstakes Entry or late, filtered, unintelligible, illegible, altered, incomplete or misdirected Sweepstakes Entries or Sweepstakes Entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any app, website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes Entry submittal process; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors, which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing and judging of Sweepstakes Entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Mower County, Austin, Minnesota; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Minnesota for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Minnesota, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.

12. DATA COLLECTION: Information collected in this Promotion will be administered by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, located at Privacy Policy – Hormel Foods.
