Terms & Conditions

OFFER PERIOD: Offer begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 24, 2025 (“Offer Period”). For the purposes of this Offer, a “day” begins at 9:00 a.m. EDT and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT that day, or until the max amount of prizes have been awarded (see “How to Complete a Submittal”)

SPONSOR: Verizon (One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920).
Offer open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. The following individuals are not eligible to participate: Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), including its affiliates and agents, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) or those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence) during the Offer Period.

OFFER: The specified number of eligible participants (depends on the event, see “How to Complete a Submittal”) who complete a valid submittal each day of the Offer Period, will each receive a Prize. See PRIZE section below for available Prizes.

HOW TO COMPLETE A SUBMITTAL: To complete a submittal to receive a Prize:
1) Purchase a new Visible+ Pro plan or upgrade existing Visible plan to the new Visible+ Pro plan during the Offer Period. See visible.com for plan options and terms.

2) Once purchase is complete, go to enterpromo.com/visible and follow the on-screen instructions to provide your contact information and order number (a “submittal”).

Limit of one (1) submittal per person/email address/household per day and one (1) Prize per person/email address/household throughout the Offer Period. Once a participant receives a prize, they are no longer eligible to submit an entry on the remaining days.
Visible is only providing tickets to the prize winners. Travel and lodging are the sole responsibility of the winner. Ticket breakdown is as follows:

Day 1: New Jersey Devils Tickets
● The first ten (10) valid submittals each day will receive a single ticket to the corresponding game
● Tickets will be first come, first served.

Day 2-3: Indycar Sonsio Grand Prix and Indianapolis 500 Tickets
● The first five (5) valid submittals each day will receive two (2) tickets to the event
● Tickets will be first come, first served.

Day 4: EDC Tickets
● The first four (4) valid submittals each day will receive two (2) tickets to the event
● Tickets will be first come, first served
● Winners must complete W9s for 1099s to receive tickets

Day 5-9: Suenos Music Festival, BottleRock Music Festival, La Onda Music Festival, The Governors Ball, Sea Hear Now
● The first five (5) valid submittals each day will receive two (2) tickets to the event
● Tickets will be first come, first served
● Winners must complete W9s for 1099s to receive ticket

Once your submission has been verified for eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will receive your Prize within two days for the New Jersey Devils (Day 1) and 4 weeks for Indycar and the festivals (Day 2-9).

Submittals that appear to duplicate any other submittals, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first submittal (based on time/date) will be considered for the Offer. Submittals generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a person, participant will be deemed the individual named on the account from which the upload was submitted, and such individual must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, submittal will be void. Your submittal constitutes your representation of eligibility, consent to participate in offer and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, and other information for the purpose of offer administration. All submittals must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET at the end of a day during the Offer Period, or before the max amount of Prizes specified have been issued. The website will indicate once all Prizes have been issued for the day.

PRIZES: See below for entry periods, prizes available and their approximate retail values (“ARV”).

All festivals listed above, collectively referred here is as “Festivals”.

Festival Terms:

Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of each Festival under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all venue/Festival and event policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Resale of Festival tickets is prohibited. By claiming Festival tickets, you agree to Front Gate Tickets Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

The New Jersey Devils and IndyCar are not a Sponsor of the Offer and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Offer, the verification of qualified consumers or distribution of the prizes. All inquiries regarding the Offer should be directed to Verizon.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, the Promotion Entities, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); Founders Entertainment, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to the Governors Ball Festival), if any, C3 Presents, CF Hospitality, L.L.C., Sterling Mets, L.P., Sterling Mets Front Office, L.LC., Sterling Mets Operations, L.L.C., Queens Ballpark Company, L.L.C., the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, the New York City Economic Development Corporation and the New York City Industrial Development Agency, BottleRock Presents, LLC, SHN Festivals, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to the Sea.Hear.Now Festival), if any, Shaky Festivals Holdings, LLC, C3 Presents, LLC, Between the Sets, LLC, Sweetwood Presents, LLC; Buena Onda Presents, LLC; the State of California, The California Fair Services Authority, The District Agricultural Association, County Fair, the County in which the County Fair is located, Lessor/Sublessor if fair site is leased/subleased, Citrus Fruit Fair, California Exposition and State Fair, or Entities (public or non-profit) operating California designated agricultural fairs; Insomniac Holdings, LLC, Insomniac, Inc., Insomniac Entertainment, Inc., Nevada Speedway, LLC, LVMS, Speedway Motorsports, LLC, Sonic Financial Corporation, Speedway Holdings I, LLC, Speedway Holdings II, LLC, Speedway Children’s Charities, La Familia Presenta, LLC and its landlords or licensors (related to the Event), if any, C2 Acquisitions, LLC, Collective PBB LLC, C3 Presents, LLC, Chicago Park District, the City of Chicago, and each of their respective owners, parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, representatives, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, employees, affiliates (whether direct or indirect), successors, and assigns (collectively the “Festival Entities”); or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising agencies, representatives, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) resulting from participation in or attempt to participate in the Offer or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Offer. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Entities for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Offer: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Offer, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Offer or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an e-mail account used in connection with the Offer. Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Offer or these Terms & Conditions or in any Offer-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and Promotion Entities are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer or Web-enabled device resulting from participation in the Offer.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Offer and accepting a rebate, participants agree (a) to release Sponsor, the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Offer; (b) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting a rebate, recipients agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Offer.

GENERAL: All information submitted online by participant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.visible.com/legal/privacy. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or promotion agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Offer, against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If electing to participate in the Offer using a wireless device, entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on wireless capabilities and any applicable charges. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from or use of the Website.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PEPSICO, INC. WILL DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND PEPSI-COLA COMPANY AND IT’S RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Offer.
